On March 5th, over 60 local residents and agency staff gathered to discuss the future of the SR 46 East. The workshop was the first in a series designed to solicit meaningful public input about the future of this section of transportation infrastructure. Caltrans Project Manager Larry Newland provided an overview presentation on the Caltrans planning process and Carolyn Verheyen of MIG asked attendees to share their experiences in the corridor. Small group discussions provided another opportunity for attendees to discuss interests and opportunities for the future of the corridor.
